I don't know enough about Russian politics to really say what Putin's like, but he's playing this off pretty well. It's an open challenge to prove anyone who doubts Biden's mental capacity right if he were to accept and it makes him look like a pussy if he refuses. All you had to do was keep your mouth shut Joe, now you look like a fool for probably the 100th time since you got in the big seat.

lol remember how upset they got when Trump antagonized world leaders like this? Back then calling someone "Rocket Man" was enough to say he was too much of a wildcard to be president now we can call them flat out murderers and it's no big thing.
