There's a whole posse of comic creators that take after, and often blatantly rip off, Stonetoss. Hedgewik and Breadpanes are the biggest ones from what I've seen, I've posted some of their crap in this thread before.

This tries to emulate the "yes chad" meme format where you just openly embrace an absurd strawman. The problem IMO is that that sort of meme is only funny if it really pulls off being edgy. I don't think I've seen a comic that self-owns harder than Breadpanes. Every comic I see, the strawman is calling the audience surrogate retarded, but they just end up agreeing with them but say that it should be okay.
There wouldn't even be Ferraris. There would be garbage like the Trabant, you'd have to wait years on a waiting list to get it, whereupon it would promptly catch on fire and explode.
