While I agree that Allsup is in the right in this current conflict with Fuentes, the issue at hand in this case was that Allsup had agreed to produce content for a company he had formed with Fuentes, and had failed to. Unless I am missing something, that's all that matters: Allsup failed to fulfill the terms of an agreement. Internet clout, or lack thereof, and Fuentes' damaged ego isn't really relevent there.
