Voice acting is dead theses days, all the talented people are working for literal pennies on Fiver while all the scum that know how to network with large dubbing companies and harass their own fans get to pretend to be professionals in the industry. Thank fucks I never grew up hearing their shit-tier voice acting in my anime.

I looked up prince adventures and was not expecting to see, western art, yaoi tag tier, cheetah catboys. I really want to dig into that rabbit hole now
He is right, but it is also easier to put something on that you can half watch while doing other things because it is in English. You also wont have to rewind over and over as your eyes are glued to the bottom of the screen. That is my take for episodic shows, and some movies, but if you plan to sit still and actually pay attention, then that is when you can really enjoy some gems.
I had to watch the curse (2005) twice, once for subs, and again to actually pay attention, that's two -three hours on one movie. :/

I usually put stuff on as background noise when doing mindless stuff like skimming a textbook for notes or something. And music for papers and exams. But that's just me.
I haven't sat down to enjoy a movie in a year, but when i do. I pay full attention amd relax.

The applicable self-defense statute is simple.
