The difficult thing is that in most cases there are no witnesses to it. But for some of the rape or molestation claims that I have been witness to, it makes me hesitant to believe. At the same time this means it's just as easy for an offender to escape justice. Lack of court of conviction doesn't necessarily mean that nothing untoward happened.

It makes me extremely ambivalent (read: two strongly opposed inner forces) about the subject. Believe all women is as biased as believe no women, though I don't think you were saying that.

I imagine it would be smarter to have the channel in place. If Nick glows, a good portion of his viewers are on work computers, or home computers without any proxy or a router with dynamic IP protection (an ISP might have a range of IPs, but it's something I think).
