Not quite, for a Title 1 school you need an associate's degree to qualify: https://careertrend.com/about-6734453-elementary-title-aide--job-description.html Otherwise you need to pass certifications and such for crappier schools. I'm 99% sure its illegal to let volunteers work with special ed students.
That doesn't mean she's smart or even qualified since they're constantly cycling through people to wipe the asses of retards and human vegetables but she probably has to do shit like attend in-service days and faculty meetings and be a part of the school.

Well you could create a fake curb call on Craigslist. Thats where you make an account then claim so and so address is giving all their stuff away.
Post some pictures of tvs and stuff and you'll cause a traffic jam.
But with your example just use a sign saying
"Are Jews white?" Or "Do jews have white privilege?"

What do Leftists have to do to finally get the 300 million gunowners in the US to finally go after them in anything other than Minecraft? Nothing, because the political Left have effectively turned political violence into a dead letter for anyone other than themselves. They own every city, and every judge and politician in those cities. They have effectively carved out another country for themselves - a country whose peoples and borders they defend rigorously. This is, incidentally, why most Right Wingers (other than a few LARPing boy scouts,) stayed at home during the summer Antifa Riots. What Right Winger would care about a bunch of Lefty neighborhoods filled with immigrants and joggers that have voted Democrat for over a century? Let those places burn. Those places aren't our country and those are not our countrymen. This is the kind of thinking that's becoming more prevalent in our day and age, and it should really start raising more eyebrows than it does.
The only way Right Wingers will finally be motivated to move is if the Democratic run Federal government starts invading their spaces and trying to take their guns away. The big fear is that the government will do this to provoke a right wing response, then use that as an excuse to crack down on the American Right with the help of the Chinese. I can't begin to describe how foolish a plan this would be, but one look at the average Democrat Affirmative Action hire squatting in Congress would tell you that yes indeed, they are that stupid.

The reason to use humor and non violent means to provoke an over reaction is so it doesnt feed their smear machine. It gets the machine to eat it self. The game stop thing. Perfect example. It got the machine to scream racism and anti Semitism at some folks wanting to make a buck. Then the lock downs with the trading companies and now the follow up with the government. This destroy the enthrallment idpol has over people and red pills them.
The same goes with "Islam is right about women" "its ok to be white" or "are jews white?"
It provokes a reaction but in a way that robs the macine of power.
The other reason to provoke is to galvinize people. Classical revolutionary theory. The more you get them to shit on the population the more the population will unite and fight back. They can t enact an extreme crack down long term. Its too costly. Where anti government forces can fight back on the very cheap. A long term fuck paying taxes mass movement is a great example of this. It costs nothing for 1000s to say "fuck no, I wont pay you" where to lock up all those People for not paying will cost greater then gains earned by said taxes.
The more you provoke these people to be overt the less things work in their favor.

A cute thought but they just bragged out loud that they have the justice system, voting systems, public opinions and all forms of tech and industrial power by the nuts. The only way in hell that they lose anything now is if the market crashes for real or the power goes out. Because people rebelling against them has been a compromised hopeless joke for a while.
I cannot think of a single person with power of any kind that can change anything for the better and who isn't a fucking puppet. Trump used to be. It's debatable if he still is.
