What exactly is your contention here? I've heard you're planning on representing yourself, do you expect the judge wants to hear about a train maybe going a touch over the track speed limit? These are FRA hearings, I assume? I'm so glad NTSB Field Agent/Official Photographer L.F. Shaner II was there to "gotcha" these unsafe railroaders. Between that and the major electrical line on this non-electric railway, something seems to finally be getting done about this.

The defendant is not Agent Shaner!

It all makes perfect sense now.

I don't know shit about hunting and I've never been to New England, so I dunno if this is a thing there or what. Are deer stands allowed to be that close to a road? I would think you wouldn't want to be actively hunting game that close to people? Does anyone know? Earlier he posted a photo that he said was taken from the deer stand, and from the looks of it the shot was of part of a town.
