Well didn't the Gope had the senate?

Yes, it would of been using a nuclear option to still lose. I prefer not using nuclear options, it's blown up in the faces of the Democrats in Trump's presidency. Much like the talks of stacking the Supreme Court, it's an option that could work and turn out much worse in the long run.

Someone say the words "Insurrection Act" to Donald.
That would play into his opposition propaganda.
What I would do is pardon, commute and give clemency to every non violent offending in federal prison.

Empty the jails. Say since the election was suspect (and no audit) then the moral authority to keep them locked up is suspect.

Considering how Biden and company said they'll go after any one trump pardons. This would make all the releasees loyal to trump.

Make it better. Make a photo Op about releasing all black federal inmates.

Heh, people such as I and others were saying this weeks ago. We got shit on by the very same people who are now pretending they agreed the entire time.

powell did good work on a few recent cases but she's been off her rocker since she invited herself to the election fraud party. giuliani has embarrassed himself repeatedly and lin wood threw his hat in the ring to grift for attention and money.

i believe there was fraud and that it was substantial, but the inevitable result of biden taking home the win was clear from the moment that the institutional republicans made their decision to drop trump clear. without the full power of the RNC, trump simply didn't have enough time to turn public favor fast enough to justify disenfranchising voters. in a few months, i bet he could, but biden will be in office by then and there's no takesies-backsies for president.

Mike Pence has been remarkably quiet and has not shared his thoughts on the election. I can find two recent news stories

He was supposed to go on holiday but cancelled in November 11th, when it became clear that Trump would challenge the election results

Vice President Mike Pence has cancelled a visit to Florida and will now stay in Washington as President Donald Trump launches various legal efforts to contest the results of the 2020 election in several states.

Mr Pence had been expected to fly on Tuesday evening to Southwest Florida International Airport before heading to the holiday island of Sanibel, where he was to stay until Saturday. His office has so far not issued a statement on his trip or its reported cancellation.

And then there's this from the 1st December. Second Lady Karen Pence unveils based and tradcon Christmas decorations.

Second Lady Karen Pence revealed this year’s holiday decorations and theme, “Old Fashioned Christmas,” at the Vice President’s residence in Washington, DC, on Monday.

The theme “highlights the simple joys and vintage feels of the holiday season,” a White House press release said, adding that the second lady spent the last few months overseeing the creative design process.

In a tweet Monday morning, she shared photos of the Christmas trees in the dining room and other areas of the residence:

However, he's made no public comment on the election and whether or not Trump should concede.

i assume that's because he wants to go back to state level politics and doesn't want to rock the boat too much.

I could of sworn spoke at one of the rallies.

EDIT: Adding in a deleted double post where I wasn't sure about my statement that was quoted.

  • Pence hasn't been separating himself from Trump or the StoptheSteal stuff, tomorrow could be another breathe of hopium in that the Supreme Court fight would be on the other foot. Still not enough to get me to cough up the Black Pill though.

I think we're probably fucked but it's still interesting to look at the multiple stages in which the process to crown Biden can be stymied.

Eh, I'll leave this post by HK shortly after the TX case got punted and someone asked if it was over:

I am black pilled at the moment, but still something to think about. HK's not dumb.
We are merely meatbags, he is smarter than we.
He's not dumb but even he was saying to not worry because this would all end up at the USSC, and then it was slapped down. The big problem now is them potentially doing it again.
He wasn't talking about the Texas lawsuit, though (nobody saw that lawsuit coming), he meant this will ultimately end up going to SCOTUS overall. Evidence is still being gathered regarding Trump's lawsuits.

There is, but there's always a chance for another "lolno" situation.

Completely uninhabitable desert wasteland? What the fuck are you talking about? Pretty much the entire South is subtropical, humid forests.

I think they meant desert in the figurative sense of barren or non-arable land, as opposed to a literal desert of sand and hardpan rocks

There's a lot of swampland and sandy woodlands in the South that aren't amenable to large scale farming without either a massive labor force (slavery) or modern industrial machinery and chemical fertilizers.

I've never seen Pence or his wife badmouth Trump and Melania. And you've never had rumors about it either. The only time they ever said something was when the Access Hollywood tape was released and RINOs were trying to make Pence back out as VP, but they said they spoke to Trump and prayed on it and stuck with him. Pence has to know his name is mud now to anyone not pro-Trump, and he's always been patient and quiet so he really would be a bigger anime betrayal than the supreme court cucks.

1. Republicans haven't lost a seat in the house, they gained in the house.
2. Trump is the only president in awhile to gain more votes in his incumbency while Obama lost millions in his incumbency.
3. Why are so sure of Trump will be going to jail when Biden himself has said he doesn't see the point in the dems pressing bullshit charges.
4. Why would Trump go to jail? You think hookers peeing on a bed is a big crime? If Obama can get away Scott Free for bombing kids trump can get away with peace in the middle east.
Because of a couple of reasons:

1. The NY State Prosecutors are Hillary loyalists and have super duper case of TDS
2. Biden can't say he's going to lock Trump up because he has to pretend to be pushing for unity until he gets sworn in, THEN he can go mad king and lock Trump up
3. (((They))) have to crush Trump immediately once he leaves office, to ensure he can't run again in 2024 and to put the fear into the hearts of the GOP to make the Trump loyalist recant and accept the returning traitor class of Never Trumpers, who betrayed the GOP to Biden in exchange for promises that they would be reinstalled as the ruling class of the GOP.
4. But mostly, to put the fear into the hearts of ANYONE who might try to be the next Trump, as far as ensuring someone like Trump NEVER EVER EVER opposing (((them))) and (((their))) evil agenda ever again.

It's interesting how the US Constitution has the possibility of deadlock, legal dictatorship, uniparty dystopia, or collapse into irrelevance. Kurt Gödel must be laughing his ass off up in Sufficiently Complex Formal System heaven.

His recent "Trust the Plan!" tendencies aside, AA did a pretty good breakdown of the different narratives going around at this moment. I'm firmly in the "Trump doesn't know what he's doing" category like Barnes, who have all pretty much accepted that Biden's going to be President on January 20th, but it's a good way to see why some people are still holding out hope. The next people who are going to give up are the Hold the Line category, probably before the year's end. The Trust the Plan crowd are going to get buttblasted after January 20th and will probably have their realities shattered after trusting Q bullshit for so long.
