He can try to gloat but repealing section 230 puts him in a tough position because Twitter would try to scrub their platform clean to avoid litigation. Someone like Ralph who is has already been targeted by the SPLC and has controversial figure would be a primary target for twitter.
 
I really hope Section 230 doesn't get repealed and the site doesn't go under. We won't be able to celebrate the first anniversary of the sex tape on August 11, 2021.
