This sounds a like a dude going to the loo
There’s actually a wild story behind that one.
I came here to post this, what makes it even worse is that the original fit the game area so well.

I haven't played the game at all, so I was just imagining what it would be like going to a rural shop with this music playing in the background. I've been laughing for a solid minute. There’s clearly elements of a good song somewhere in here, but holy shit it’s like they took one, increased the speed by five times and added a whole bunch of noises in there.
The guy who composed it had a ghostwriter. He couldn't contact them at the time and this is what happened. He was trying to pass himself off as the Japanese Beethoven.Wow! The corrected version is actually quite eerie. Still, it's amazing that no one else involved in production listened to it and thought "hold on, this doesn't sound quite right"...
This is not the real version. Genesis farts weren't usually this realistic. Here's the actual version.
Idk, when I think of meme songs from Fallout New Vegas, I think of Big Iron by Marty Robbinshttps://youtube.com/watch?v=V2VTulxEDig
Technically not an OST but it is such a meme that it has to be here.

I like Johnny Guitar, it works best when you're walking through the wasteland in the middle of the night. It's good at evoking a certain feeling of lonelinessYou cheer when Big Iron comes on. Johnny Guitar coming on makes you wish for a nuclear winter.
The Knuckles raps are too funny to hate.
