For Trump to prevail on this, republicans in congress and conservative justices alike would have to resist their pathological urge to cuck. In other words, it'd be nothing short of a miracle.
If he does manage to conjure such a miracle, though, that'd change both parties for the foreseeable future.
Trump would replace Reagan as the conservative's favourite idol, GOP would be forced to adapt to a more populist platform.
The DNC establishment would be discredited in the eyes of just about everyone. Partly due to electoral fraud, partly for failing to stop Trump. Depending on whom you're asking.
The radical left would call for revolution. Nothing new, but instead of impotent rage and shrieking, they'd stand to gain a considerably greater share of power within the democratic party.
Expect things to get very heated.

This was midnight as far as I'm concerned. For the past four years, when it came to Obama/Biden/Hillary corruption my disgusted response was "Will there be a prosecutor? No? Shut up then". But now we have our prosecutors. This is now FOUR angles of attack against the Biden Election narrative. State legislatures, Lawsuit/Supreme Court, Congress, and now Federal Prosecutors. And there has been ZERO good news out of the Democrats, only cries of COPE and SHUT UP.
Trump isn't guaranteed a win, but damage is now being done.
