If they win, they will make it so a Trump situation can never happen again. This will be done in the GOP as well. All the while the veneer of 'morning in america' and a 'return to normalcy' will be swept over the eyes of the public. People will go along with it or have their lives destroyed, this past summer was only a glimpse of what is coming. For that reason Trump cannot accept defeat.
They can’t be mad at Trump for not conceding yet when they have Stacy Abrams in their own party. Abrams still hasn’t conceded since the 2018 midterms.

In my opinion the Biden team knows that their believability is shot, so they're hoping for a 'win' by the end of the day + a Biden win announcement. This is going to be a speed operation to ram a victory through.
Hoping that they'll get enough to be a thorn in the side of the Dems. The tactic for the next four years should be to stonewall within plausible belivability, and then blame the impending economic downturn on Biden in hopes for further pickups in 2022.

Here in Germany the ballot counting/vote counting is public, every citizen has the right to watch it.
So, Detroit just locked the doors to the election facility when wannabe poll observers showed up.
