About halfway through the video, she mentions how YouTube doesn't want to monetize "certain things" and how she'll always monetize her regular videos but not all her live streams. Some of them will be monetized, however she's speculating her most recent live wasn't monetized because she was talking about her weight. So yeah, she's pretty worried. So, from reading here Chins has learned she can write off things used in making her "content". There goes her entire grocery bill...Poor Chinny, being an independent contractor means she has to do "bookkeeping". we just can't understand how hard she "works" as a "creator".

This will never happen. Just like she never bought a homeless man a meal at McDonald's that one time. She also mentioned buying toys and gift cards at Christmastime for random families "in need." (Also won't happen.) She just wants to show what a "good-hearted, kind" person she is. Anyone who has watched her for longer than a week knows she is the polar opposite of that.
What is her plan for handing out treats to homeless people, anyway? Is she just going to drive around the streets of Ottawa (since she can't walk) on Halloween night looking for people who appear to be homeless and throw bags of candy at them? Like some weird reverse treat-or-treating? Lol. I would pay money to see that.
Of course it won't happen, but she might lie and say it did.

A+ moment of the video is when Chantal declared that the spaghetti sauce was the best she had ever made and then immediately dumped a tablespoon of red chilli flakes on top of it - which is of course what you do when you are eating something you love, you completely change the flavor of it.
I am glad that she mentioned gatorade would be one of the refreshments at the party. I thought it was silly that completely sedentary people needed a case of sports drinks but I didn't count on the 'party' needing something exotic for herself and the 'guest' who happens to be a person too pathetic to escape the apartment alone.
Also if she is soooooo afraid of Covid-19 that she can't interact outside of her bubble and rescinded her invitations to her Halloween party and stood up Bibi and had to cancel her totally not at all completely fabricated vacation then why why why is she planning on interacting with dozens of random homeless people expecting them to risk infection for $5 and some candy?

Hahaha, I hope she does write her food off, and gets caught for it. I don’t know Canada’s rules, but you can’t write off fast food you eat for your meals, on camera or not. You can say that’s your job all you want but nope. If you have a bakery and sell pies you can write off the fruit, flour, butter, whatever it takes to keep the business running. But you can’t write off your Mc Donald’s lunch.

OK sperging regarding that Spaghetti sauce;
A) WHY THE UTTER FUCK ARE YOU DUTCH COOKING THAT SHIT!!!! It will utterly nuke it, theres nothing to tenderise because its ground the structure is weak.
B) Wrong order, Onions (FUCKING CUT THEM SMALLER!!!) with Garlic, herbs then sweat onions then meat. You don't need oil for it because the fat from the meat acts as a baste essentially.
Crushed tomatoes are acidic as fuck 1 can plum and then passata for base. You don't use bayleafs either ffs completely different palette.
Sauces especially Spaghetti sauce is fairly easy to perfect and perfecting it is based upon cooking techniques. You don't nuke it either the beauty of a good sauce is to incorporate your meat, onions and spices and base then gently simmer it for long periods. Personally tried various and the 2 hour mark is tops but a good 3 hour one tastes incredible with the right sides like garlic bread, greens etc.
Cooking is a wonderful process in which self-reflection is key to improve but this is Chantel...
