Usually at a BMI of 11ish patients lose bladder control and basically pee all over themselves all the time because the muscles that control that just aren’t there anymore. Although, she is a spoopy anomaly so I wouldn’t be too surprised if the Laws of the Human Body don’t apply to her. I’m just so curious, what’s her blood pressure? Her heart rate? It would be so interesting to have a patient in her condition. We all know she doesn’t see doctors though

Any medical Kiwis around? How do you address a patient like Ashley? Do you just ignore the obvious and just address the symptoms? Or is there an attempt to refer them into therapy to actually try and help them recover?
