Problems with Images..?

For some reason, uploaded images keep habitually failing to load correctly, mentioning something about data allocation. Any idea what's going on here?

You can always upload new versions of files on top of existing files.

Well I uploaded them prior to you looking into this issue and it's not giving me thumbnails of them.
