Obviously I can't speak for all cis women (and I know that there are some degenerate cis women out there), but I think I can safely say that the vast majority of women would in no way ever say that anything about Kev was or is hot. He wasn't hot pre-troon. He's definitely not hot post-troon. Repulsive is probably the most likely adjective a cis woman would use to describe him.
