Wall is good. Destroying the immigration law from the 1960s that has skullfucked our country would be better. Truly digging Marxists out of our society is going to take a new McCarthy, and I don't see that happening until Antifa starts using pipe bombs on police stations and civilians again. (So, any day now.)

Maybe, maybe not. I think it's a far easier sell/better overall campaign for Trump to go after the very core of the Left in terms of bringing it up to national attention and forcing the Left to have to defend it before the public at large. Destroy or even severely damage that, and the rest is dominoes.
Down vote me all you want, but the wall was a waste of time and symbolically stupid. That was always going to be a hard sell since it would be unprecedented so far as the public at large is concerned. I mean really, how do you sell that to people who aren't hardcore conservatives? As you said, it would have been better to go after immigration law (or sanctuary cities for that matter).

1) No they don't not unless they're manned to the T as in the case of Israel. Again, try selling how the Israelis actually handle immigration never mind travel in their country to the American public here. They'll tell you to go to hell.

The wall is not a waste. Most efficient? probably not. But not a waste.
The wall IS manned and patroled. And the 30foot high
As for going under, lol. No one talks about how incredibly lethal tunnels are - anything of any size built underground by someone who doesn't know what they're doing is likely a deathtrap. All the border tunnels found so far are only used for transporting drugs and not people. Do you know why? because drugs don't need to breathe. Heavy gasses, like radon and CO2, settle to the bottom. Unless you are constantly agitating the air, it will be come incredibly toxic it.

It is a great first step. If he wants to go further and go after the private sector, who will keep doing these trainings, he should ban government agencies from doing business with companies that push this too. This would be a way to get at the tech oligarchs, since most of them have government agencies as customers.

Strangely I bet these "friends" (if they exist) have made precisely zero plans, efforts, or attempts to "escape" from America the way they did those authoritarian regimes, just like all the other supposedly persecuted people who keep wailing about how Adonald Drumpf is going to have them rounded up and executed any day now. Almost like they don't really believe that and it's all a performative persecution fantasy, weird.

I was promised the clear cutting of every forest, mines being built in every national park as pipelines criss-crossed every yard of land under the soot-blacked skies that wasn't turned into landfill for toxic industrial waste. I was promised complete take over of the press. Of journalists that weren't just straight assassinated being taken right from the paddywagons to kangaroo courts to be tossed in dank cells of CIA blacksites. I was promised all news coming from a new Trump News Network.
I was promised foreverwars, bombs falling, missiles flying. I was promised WWIII and north koreans launching the missiles that they don't have because they are a peaceful people into the flooded ruins of San Francisco. I was promised complete diplomatic isolation. I was promised filling entire schools in african and muslim nations full of disabled orphans, surrounding them with landmines and then dumping white phosphorus in an ever tightening circle so they have to battle-royale it to figure out who the lone survivor will be, and then Trump personally hellfiring the family car when the family comes to get them after it all is over.
I was promised all these things by Democrats, but the only thing I got was them burning down the cities they run while doing everything the could to halt anyone who tried to stop it.
