The reason they lost in 2016 despite rigging the election was because they underestimated how much they needed in order to swing it. If Trump does nothing, and the thing I've criticized him about most is his utter lack of action on blatant voter fraud in both 2016 and the 2018 midterms, they will be able to see exactly how much they need to rig it once the votes are totaled on election night and then have weeks to fabricate as many semi trucks full of bins of straight ticket democrat ballots as they need.
