For all his posturing regarding "spending time with muh wife", Phil spends just as much time perusing his own drama as we do. Detractor circles are the only places on the internet where he's still "relevant", so of course the narc will stoke them to keep people talking about him. He's too much of a sociopath to legitimately get invested in what his fans want or care about so he doesn't have any reason to go to his own forums. His life is so repetitive that he's worked out at what points he's "free" to sneak in some jabs on Twitter in between groceries, restaurants, and gambling.
Genuinely what else would he be doing with his free time? He is, without a doubt, incapable of caring about something he's not involved in unless he can use it to stand on a soapbox and spout some half-assed contrarian opinion.
