Revenge porn should be legal. I don't think it's moral or good and I wouldn't do it myself, but I think it should be legal and protected by the first amendment. I think that if the Westburo Baptist Church protesting outside the funerals of dead soldiers is covered under the first amendment then revenge porn should be covered as well. I think they're both abhorrent, but why should we ban speech just because someone finds it abhorrent? A lot of people find this site to be abhorrent.

Ultimately, I think that revenge porn laws are just people deciding that the feelings of white women are more important than rights and that they should be shielded from the consequences of their actions.
