From what I understand, it's common for "content creators" to make arrangements with local police in the event that someone attempts to SWAT them. I do agree that this was a wellness check and if he did have previous said arrangement, the cops went out there in an obligatory fashion. Considering all the anti-cop shit going on in the US, I'm not too surprised they took a selfie assuming this was a wellness check and not a SWAT'ing.
