The only silver lining to DSP going on Nick's stream and getting soft-balled by a casualtractorfag is that Nick has a pretty ironclad routine of reading superchats no matter how toxic they may be, so unless Nick cucks out and streams the whole DSP segment without chat enabled, we might still get some gold dust.

If/when Nicky *has* to get through some superberries in the middle of the powder puff game, will Phil actually sit there and just do his nervous cackle and say "oh my gahd, really, they keep saying that....?"? Or, will Nicky give him a heads-up and let Phil leave to go get a few oily jpeg pulls take a dump and get some exercise walking around the house?

I'd be willing to bet that he will say prior to Dave coming on that he won't be reading superchats during their talk.
 
Damn it you're right, I forgot that these superchat-hoarders like Nick and Metokur segregate their chat-reading sections, he'll let the roach scuttle away for sure.
 
I'm very curious to see how Phil and Nick get along. Nick is a very conservative guy in a number of respects, and I'm wondering how much Phil The Republican will see in common with him if they start talking politics.
 
If you're gonna do it, just do it. There are so many people with capabilities to just get rid of him. DMCA is a stupid system, Twitch cares about the money aspect, so either do me a favour and let it burn all alone or don't do this half-assed attempts to make yourself a hero.

I mean, Phil has been boring as he ever was, this shit is appraised only because we all know he deserves it for all the shit he has done.

That said, fuck SH for DMCA, fuck Phil for being a utter piece of shit. Either end his Twitch or let it all be, like it's supposed to be.
 
I know we mock Phil a lot for looking like shit, but he's REEEE-ally looking poorly lately. It's like he's aged a couple of decades within a couple of years.

This is why he's stubbornly keeping his webcam settings on lower resolution btw, he's very aware of how poorly he is looking but doesn't enjoy it being brought up. Whenever he goes on his pc for whatever reasons it's more obvious for sure, maybe because of better lighting or being closer to the cam.

Phil's life is to be pitied for sure. Would I want to live his life if it meant being given six figures annually? Fuck no.
 
I'm still waiting for the interview to happen with DSP where the interviewer doesn't suddenly turn into a big pussy faggot and confronts him about all the real scumbag shit (with evidence) that makes us despise Philth.

I imagine after Rekieta speaks with him I will still be waiting for that interview to happen...
 
The biggest factor in this debate, to me, isn't so much whether Nick is going to agree to soft-ball Phil. It's whether Phil's desire to bask in some sympathetic rays of sunshine overpowers his natural fear of being confronted with painful truths. Nick has already spoken to him in a way that really shouldn't have gotten his hackles up, and the pigroach still lashed out with all the internet spine he could muster. Has he forgotten that? I don't think so, I think Phil just doesn't consider such things when feeling helpless because he's a selfish asshole who, for all his bluster, hasn't had a rough life in the least. A pathetic one? Yes. But not rough. Rough tends to harden people up at least a little bit. He says he got bullied in HS, I don't believe that for a second because so did I and I'm a fucking Jason Statham character next to Phil.

However it goes down, I'm cool, because right now is the time to give Phil some rope to hang himself with, and he will do exactly that no matter what approach Nick takes with him. All he really has to do is ask the pigroach to take us through what it was like to deal with Superhound's antics and let nature take its course. Getting anywhere near grilling him will send him scurrying away in the blink of an eye, you have to entice him with an opportunity to play the role of King of Suffering, it's the only thing in his life he gets any enjoyment out of (Champions isn't something he does for fun, it's crack for him, he doesn't actually like it).

Phil sat on opinions and "experiences" from the fgc for a decade and a half, only to jump at the chance to throw people under the bus with unverifiable claims and "experiences" the moment the EVO guys all started coming onto fire.

The SoK heckled him for years, and Phil didn't address them directly too often. But as soon they imploded, guess who was quick to introduce them to the bottom of a greyhound?

He sat on a mostly innocent dig by ProJared for a few years, and then went VIRALLY POPULAR when he clapped back. HAHA, WHOOPS!

He's got so many things written down somewhere of shit that has in some way slighted him, and he's just waiting for the chance to strike when they get their comeuppance. If Nick were to get busted for CP or something, you KNOW that Phil would throw out a gin-fueled twitlonger about how some scumbag lawyer who should have known better about CP... He's some alleged lawyer... There's that one time he talked about me, REE! He gets what he deserved! Then shtreem about it and yammer on for a couple days about it until the pity tips cheer up.

Might be wrong but pretty sure he has stated this exact thing. Either in the Projared video or one of the series of tweets he said something along the lines of having a list of people who "wronged" him he's just waiting to screw up so he can talk trash.

WRONG! That was taken out of khantext! He's a mature adult and he's so busy with living his mature life with his wife *thumbs at door* and family, he doesn't have time to worry about that petty shit.

You're probably right. I seem to recall him saying SOMETHING along those lines. But, how far back does it go? When one of his old high school bullies catches anthrax and dies, is he gonna pull that trap card? Oh, man, when his dad dies...we'll see a REAL shit show. "My dad made me eat RAISIN BRAN once when I was 4, what a complete morahn. But now he's dead, so I can tell everyone how terrible of a fahther he was!"
 
In thinking on it, that's probably a contributing factor to Phil believing that he's unkillable, the fact that he's around to see a day when he can cowardly talk shit on such a long list of enemies. Big mistake on his part, but that's the pigroach for you.

Definitely. Return of the Wolverine toy story. Retconning of the helicopter plant job. All kinds of other shit he has never mentioned before that probably isn't true, and anything that is just makes him look terrible, not pitiable. I would be looking forward to it if didn't sound so nauseating.

By softballing Phil knowing that you'll get autistic $20 ACK ACK SNORT HORSEPIG superchats you don't understand, just by having Phil on. Which is very likely what Nick would do.

For an actual interview, I think you'd have make Phil feel trapped into narcissistic defending himself somehow. We've seen money alone won't do it. Any signs of empathy or vulnerability won't do it as Phil will go into bully mode or talk down to you like a child mode. It's not easy, you are dealing with the King of Suffering and Paranoia.
