I agree, they did the best they could to tuck him away as is, at least effort and cost to themselves, I don't see how they will go out of the way to get him on bail.

Frankly, I can't see Nick not doing something stupid on bail, mostly on regards to violations not any new attacks but talking about the trial, singing a poo poo butt song near a day care missing visits to PO etc.

I doubt Nick will get ever get "married." I shudder to think about what kind of dude would make Nick his "wife." I don't want that dude to exist. Now, a one night stand might be a different story.
 
Maybe married in the biblical property sense.

Jokes aside, Nick will probably be isolated pretty quickly, depending where he goes he may start out that way.

Just wondering where you are and are you refering to your entire prison system or just some?

In PA, for people like Nick who are a risk to themselves (may be ruled one) or risk of being victimized they have wings for them. Depending on what prison he may be in a sectioned off area with a group of like offenders not all the prisons offer that and he may be stuffed in a full lock down.

Nicks crime won't get him to a softer prison or one leaning to rehab, he's going to a "old school bad people's" prison. There are a lot of options and programs in PA for the criminal and mentally disabled. What Nick has done and with the risk he's at he won't be able to take part in much if any programs.

The prison he may end up in Graterford, has it's own working farm for example and it's one of the highest securty and considered the "worst" of them all to be at.
 
A thought occurred to me. It is highly, highly unlikely, but not impossible that Nick is just a super meta-ruse to the point where everything he does is cleverly done in order to be the ultimate horror cow and years of random people who located his sister's FB or Twitter or whatever she uses brought her to believe that he actually did things he claimed to do, but did not do. What if he didn't actually do it, and he made it all up, but his sister was coached into believing he did?

Also, other than his admissions online, with years passing, how can it be proven? Nick has a history of saying shit that isn't true and that is well documented. I do not feel this is a slam dunk case and without Nick admitting to anything in a court of law, it could be that he gets off scot-free. I mean think about it. It has to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. As fucked a character as Nick Stoutzenberger may be, I do not believe that it can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt with all the time that passed. This is tricky, and if he doesn't plea out, the prosecution will probably have an uphill battle. I could be wrong and I would love to see some of the lawyers here (because we actually do have legit professional attorneys here) give their take.

It's not a contest of who's had it worse, both are victims.
 
I am sorry but I would have to say that sexual abuse would be MUCH, MUCH, MUCH worse than "stalking", and I am not even sure if I would classify what Nick did with Anna [not his sister, the poster here] stalking as he is all the way across the country and never even made an effort to get to her, only made posts about her online. Somewhat obsessed, yes, but stalking? If so, then the guys in 5SoS, 1D and JB are all more substantial victims of stalking.

Well I'm sure to Nick's victims since you feel its not a big deal and other things are worse to just suck it up. I know it's a forum but I feel some a-log coming on. I've tried to be nothing but civil but it's becoming trying.
 
nick bate is in JAIL. more than enough proof right there that this cruise is no ruse.
