Guessing it has to do with copyright claims on Twitter again because his avatar (which was a picture of his ugly face) and header are missing again. It's going to be him whining about how unfair his life is because he's mildly inconvenienced by something.
I'm not sure that's it because he discussed the DMCA of his Twitter profile photo/banner during yesterday's prestream. I think it's getting booted from the guild that he's talking about.
He wont talk about this. Its the dmca stuff. He will never cop to this

*Snort* I was really sad and nervous last night because a troll named Nigel I mean Superhound is going around getting me kicked out of I mean taking down pics that belong to me. So I'm really going to need your help guys to get me through what looks like its going to be tough times.

Here is my speculation on how this will go down.

Phil will say he was contacted behind the scenes and was shown some horrifying evidence. Asshole detractors are now DOXXXXXXING random PEOPLE in WWE Champions because they are still convinced it is me playing the game. I don't know how many times I have to tell you that it is not me but you still go after innocent people because you are sick in the head.

Remember, Phil has seen the thread on his own Nazi forum so he knows even his wheelchairs are starting to put 2 and 2 together and he has to ack fast.

He will totally spin this that asshole detractors are doxing innocent people because they think this one person is him.

Is he going to claim that he was contacted by the "real" account holder?

Maybe, but at the same time I am not sure how what is happening to him in Champions equates to fraud.
Well, there is his tax and bankruptcy fraud that would be exposed if he finally admits it's him, which is killing him.

Well this just got (potentially) quite interesting. If Phil is indeed referring to Champions (I doubt it, probably more whining about copyright or something else we haven't caught wind of yet), he's making a very serious mistake evoking a word like "fraud" in such a context.

Regardless of that, though, this latest guild kick, more than any previous one, has to STING (corny pun intended). Not only do we have an established pattern of Phil getting downgraded every time he finds a new guild (which his ego surely finds utterly offensive), but this time, even he cannot deny the simple and obvious truth: no one is going to stick to their guns and keep him around, even if they say they will do exactly that. He cannot trust anyone, he cannot find a new forever home, because he's an asshole.

What's really funny is that he could have easily avoided all this if he just hadn't picked the dumbest name possible.

No. You have no idea what he spent on his move and what he put on credit that qualifies as business spending, and the debt accrued from that counts as O&NE. Your speculation is pointless and meaningless. Nobody knows.

Wouldn't the high end of his monthly interest payments be his total minimum credit payments? If so, I did get an idea of that in the bankruptcy FAQ thread. Some of the companies filed statements showing how much his minimum was. For the others, I used the standard 2% on the balance listed in his filings.

That top end amount was around $2500-2800 if I recall correctly. If he counted all of that as an expense (despite the clear issue of his comingling), it might explain the months where his expenses were in the $3k-$4k range.

Won't really match his "could potentially be very bad for me" phrase there. I think it might just be unrelated. He really seems like he's going to take his gacha addiction to his grave. But he's a lying fuck either way, so it's not a impossibility.

Well, it's usually like 1% + interest + fees/charges. He talked casually about taking offers on those predatory limited 0% cards, which usually jump up to like 15% afterwards, but they get you with applying the interest retroactively. You can even bump that down to 10% across everything and his $5000 limit cards turn into $500 bucks a month each.

This shit adds up fast. It's not impossible to fathom him legitimately having to spend $5k/mo on interest alone. You apply that $500/mo across 10 cards and you're at the number already (save the $9k oddity) and we're only at $50k/$130k in terms of the cleared debt and there's still 4 more loans sitting out there. He could actually have had $5k/mo in legitimate O&NE.

I may shoot you a PM later on about this.

if we look at patterns, we can see him trying to manipulate his way into high ranking positions in some of these factions, because he thinks having the ability to kick people is enough to silence them

his behaviour in wwe champions is very similar to what he does on stream, except he isn't the top dog on wwe champions, no matter how much he whales, and when he tried to create his own factions-it was him trying to be the top dog, just like he sees himself on stream

he's so desperate to control the narrative-even though he always goes on about "not caring", he seems to care a lot about what complete strangers think about him

I just don't understand why he wouldn't stay the founder of his own faction, where he could control the narrative, maybe he realised noone with a significant roster was joining him, but he more than likely jumped the gun and put all his hope on the name change being able to hide him, he was probably thinking the name change would give him a shortcut back to faction feud event rewards

manipulative, lying, indecisive, no self-awareness, narcissistic, zero grasp on the risk vs reward concept, puts all of his eggs in one basket, huge ego, shortcuts and laziness, it all sounds like a certain balding streamer

The fact that that tweet was posted in this thread as opposed to the general seems to have colored people's speculations that this 'fraud' claim has something, anything to do with WWE champions. Chasing his fat pig ass out of guild after guild doesn't come close to fraud.

He's not talking about this game. Copyright claiming his twitter icons isn't fraud. So what could it be?

Ironically the only pie he has his hooves in that even comes close to 'fraud' is his fraudulent bankruptcy - and that's over and done with. His nebulous definition of the word doesn't help here.

I genuinely think he might address something to do with champions now, the timing of the tweet makes me think he's had enough. however as said before, it will be a heavily doctored story containing very little actual fact.
