I have a cousin who was a small cow (not deathfat like amber but a fat) who had spotting for a year without saying anything. Hers was a different problem and she lost a lot of weight. You know like a human would, not like amber.

So its totally believable to me for someone to be that stupid to have a bleeding period hole and ignore it for a long time.

My guess for what's going to happen is the oncologist is going to decide a hysterectomy on a 500 pound body riddled with other health problems outweighs the risk of the cancer at this stage, put her on hormone therapy to get her periods regular, give her lady parts a chance to "clean themselves out" and buy her a few months to lose a lot of weight in order to do the hysterectomy.

The oncologist will suggest she see a weight loss specialist. AL won't do it because she doesn't want to spend the money and "knows what works for her." She'll spend the next few months milking sympathy views about how she's "fighting cancer" while continuing to down platters of shrimp. She won't lose the weight. The oncologist will get frustrated with her and drop her as a patient. She'll go "doctor shopping", wasting valuable time for a few more months, get to another oncologist and that one will decide that now that the cancer is further along, they have no choice but to do a hysterectomy right away.

Then AL will either wake up from that surgery or she won't.

I was mostly referring to the singing doctor since I think that's the one she saw the most. Sometimes psychiatrists will ask if you've been regular or when your last period was as well. I guess you are right, it's a question she could answer vaguely and say "yesterday" "today" but not say "the entire year". Still on her for not telling them because then they'd refer her to a gynecologist.

Well, according to Amber, the answer would always be "I am on it right now"

I just don’t believe her that she bled constantly for 1.5 years. Mostly because she insists on telling us every time she starts her period (usually accompanied by an eye roll). Remember the Lexington vacation last year? Where she bitched about starting her period...then mentioned that upon leaving her and Becky took all the sheets and bedding off the bed just to make things easier for the maids? How nice of them! Yeah. Now we know.

Yeah I'm not being judgmental that people can't weigh in on the situation, it's just how I, personally feel. I know I look like a pussy for feeling this way and yeah I'm probably being manipulated, but her sobbing in that video got to me and I just want to back off for the time being.

Not sure why she never mentioned to any of her doctors her period problems. Whenever I go they ask about that stuff. I think she has to be lying there. She said Grade 2 I think or 3 either way Amber might actually be FUCKED like really FUCKED. Grading is used in early prognosis as I imagine the biopsy was not large enough to confirm the spread.

• grade I – cancer cells that resemble normal cells and aren't growing rapidly
• grade II – cancer cells that don't look like normal cells and are growing faster than normal cells
• grade III – cancer cells that look abnormal and may grow or spread more aggressively

Now if they are grade 3 and her story is true, that is like stage 4 area right out the back and in that instance its not repairable. They will probably refuse treatment because her medical history and sugar coat it and say, even if you pay x your survival is 0.01%. If these cancers are found at stage 4 they are incredibly aggressive and spread everyone, bones, organs etc. Its not pretty at all and the decline in health is usually very fast because of it being linked to the hormones.

The vitamin D thing is concerning too as there was a small study done on cancer patients who were stage 3 and vitamin D deficiency and cooch cancer is associated on the list.

I doubt she has grade 3 cancer cells. I'm guessing she has grade 2, which Amber interpreted as "the middle one, right before severe". It's normal that she wouldn't know what stage she is at because they'd have to open her up to see how far the cancer has spread.
I also doubt she is faking this like some people claim. She is not the brightest and being told anything other than "healthy, just big" clearly sent her into a panic, so it's not surprising she wasn't particularly receptive afterwards and didn't process much of what she was told. There has been a visible decline in her health over the last few months, and considering that she has been very obese since early childhood, it's not surprising that her body cannot take the stress anymore.

I agree. Her story right now is that she has cancer because she did not see a gynecologist. This is not how it works.

Seeing a gynecologist would have detected the cancer at an earlier stage, but the cancer would still be present. Instead of having the discussion right now, we would had it 2-3 years ago. Screening procedures such as Pap smears or mammograms are there to detected pre-clinical cancers when they are easier to treat and have better prognosis, they are not there to prevent cancers.

The most likely reason that she has cancer is that she is over 500 pounds, not because she did not see a gynecologist.
