Did he fail basic biology? While it's not impossible for any combination of genders to have sex, it usually defaults to male and female for (insert species here of the same type) because that's how reproduction works.
His social construct nonsense is BS. Yeah, we label things with certain names, but absent the labels, the process works the same way as objective fact. That's not a social construct, that's practical reality.
