Since she weighed a lot less, I imagine this might be the case. Some of what she said was 100% exaggerated. You can lose a lot of blood visually when you have terrible periods. It isn't blood coming out of an artery. Most of what she showed us was clotting, which would not be new fresh blood. She has been diagnosed with anemia and told to take vitamins, which is very common for women with heavy periods. However, she says she was bleeding for two years, and we know she had a massive expulsion of uterine lining on the night she went to the ER. I can only conclude that her bleeding was not as constant and not for 1.5 to 2 years.
-We never see evidence of these towels and blankets during vlogs.
-We never see splotches of blood on her shirt edges or on her pants.
-She isn't dead.
-She can get away taking iron gummies (that sounds gross with the iron-y taste, btw) for her anemia

I agree. It sounds like she's had symtoms for a while which likely means it's growing slowly but has been given ample time to spread.
If she had symtoms out of nowhere it might also be an uh oh in terms of how aggressive it is.
But all the medical complaints she's had the last 2 years (UTI's, lower back pain, irregular, painful and heavy periods, anemia and vitamin D deficiency and bouts of nausea and stomach issues just to name a few) probably means it's spread to other parts.
