I'm watching the show. It's good--not as OMFGAMAZING!!!!!111 as Tumblr seems to think, IMO, but definitely a fun show with really cute art. I don't even get how it attracted such a crazy SJW fanbase, really. (I mean, the main character is male, for crying out loud! Shock and horror!)
What makes me sad is the fact that I've seen people hating on Greg (Steven's dad). I like Greg, dammit--he's a genuinely decent guy who loves his son and wants the best for him. Not enough dads like that in fiction.

One of the posts that I saw complaining about Uncle Grandpa seriously used Bugs Bunny and Dexter's Lab as negative examples of "men in drag, haha he's wearing women's clothes" humor. They were whining that the pure as driven snow show Steven Universe should be better than that.
