I don't know what to say 06/04/20 - "not at the beginning stage"

The real question is if being diagnosed with uterine cancer is the wake up call for her to actually take weight loss seriously or will she milk it all for what it’s worth and just continue eating like a pig “because she has cancer”
this will be the ultimate determiner of that. for most people, not being able to tie your shoes, stand or walk for more than a minute would be wake up calls. if this doesn't scare her into changing her ways nothing will. either way, it's likely too late.

Oh wow. This is why you go to the gyno every year, ladies. Also never become 600 lbs.

Now thinking about it, the signs have been there for atleast 6 months. She has complained lower back pain, her skin has looked sickly for a while and a sudden weight loss. Missing periods for years is a huge fucking warning sign with neon lights. She had severe bleeding, it's not really looking good in terms of what stage it is. It could have spread, lowering the survival rate. Almost feel bad for her, but she could've avoided this so easily. Yearly gyno, don't abuse your body, take care of your body when you have symptoms, these things won't protect you from it completely, but lower the chances and help catching it earlier. She has made the risks unneccessarily high, all voluntarily.

Due to her weight the usual first line of action, a hysterectomy, is impossible. Her chances of dying on the table are probably higher than surviving cancer without removal of the uterus. Being super morbidly obese will mess with chemo, fat cells in the body produce enzymes which make some chemo drugs less effective. She would need extremely high doses, raising all risks of chemo, and make her very sick. Atleast she has a shot at reaching normal body weight with throwing up 24/7.

If she had taken any kind of care of her body, truly attempted therapy and losing weight, I would feel bad for her. Feels so shitty to say but this could've been catched earlier, if not avoided completely had she taken basic care of her body. Her panic seems genuine, and she should be scared, her chances are shitty. If she survives this, she should be fucking grateful and change her whole life.

I always thought Chantal would go first for some reason; I mean she had a hysterectomy and went right back to mukbangs sitting fully upright and not showering for months - she even tore her stitches twice and she’s still plodding along.

I can't schadenfreude this. Cancer is a bitch. I've lost too many friends and family to it.
Yes, she had it coming. But, so do we all. We all have done ONE thing that may trigger cancer.

I truly hope she gets well, and uses this as a wakeup call.

As someone asked previously in this thread...IS Albert's mom currently on probation?

Why does she never come see her, seeing's how Big Al is too embarrassed to buy 3 airline seats to travel to her?

Will she come now? (No.) But Al could absolutely pay to have her fly out.

If there's no travel restrictions on mama, how much of a shithead is she?

Baby's got blood chunks. Come here, mother.

The fastest way would be to phone her, and why hasn’t she all those years?

It's more than what shes done to her body.
It's her horrible ass attitude throughout her whole life. Manipulative, vain, narciccistic, lying.
Avoiding doctors because she's too narcissistic to listen to them.
These next few months will be interesting. To see how she deals with it.
As far as changing...a leopard doesn't change its spots.

As far as Thumby goes-- IF Al has cancer, and IF it's progressed to a deadly degree (we have no idea how long it's been cooking in there, could be years), Thumby's gonna run herself into the ground between her mom and Amber. She won't choose either/or.
And IF Big Al actually goes to the big buffet in the sky Thumby is screwed hard. After making stupid decision after stupid decision she'll be left with nothing except a lot of juvenile T-shirts, dumb hats, and coloring books. Amber's family could actually drive off with the car.
Amber could make some provisions for the Thumb now, but when has Amber ever cared for anyone other than herself?

Cancer is a fucking bitch. Even though she avoided drs, I've had a family member many years ago who passed from cancer despite her also being overweight but trying her damndest to get fitter, and going to the drs constantly to try and figure out what was wrong with her.
She collapsed one day and after more thorough testing she had liver/lung/spine cancer and then died within a few days.

It's fucked. She could have easily put her faith in drs for once, done all the routine tests, and possibly it would have still went unnoticed. Cancer feels extremely hit and miss - So many folk are asymptomatic until it's too late.

She was asking for it. Shoving everything and anything down her face hole.
It's like Pamperchu getting cancer from eating used shitty diapers. What the fuck did you expect?

there's always the possibility that she's actually fine or not nearly as bad as we've been pontificating and this whole thing turns out to be just as uneventful and ultimately anti climactic the DSP Bankruptcy saga.

We WILL find out about it. And it WILL be entertaining, either way.

That's the beautiful thing about it.

One of the many problems with being so overweight is that the complications often mirror the symptoms of cancer or other disorders. A lot of morbidly obese women don't have regular periods because of how screwed up their hormones are. So missing her period for a few months, then bleeding extremely heavy was sadly probably a normal thing for her or seemed to be. Same with the lower back pain. When youre 600 pounds, having back pains isn't really all that unusual. She might have been experiencing the symptoms of cancer for months without realizing that the problem was something other than her usual obesity. At least not until she started gushing blood.

The one thing that stands out is her recent swift weight loss. All these years she hasnt been able to stay on any kind of weight loss program and has been steadily gaining weight, then all of a sudden she manages to lose 75lbs? I had been wondering how she has suddenly been able to stick to a diet when she had never shown a bit of self control before. Now I realize that it probably wasn't willpower, but the cancer starting to make itself known.
I always thought Chantal would go first for some reason; I mean she had a hysterectomy and went right back to mukbangs sitting fully upright and not showering for months - she even tore her stitches twice and she’s still plodding along.
You never know. Chantal still might go first. There's a fairly decent survival rate for uterine cancer, depending on the stage its at. I understand that Amber's obesity will complicate things , make the treatments a lot more difficult and probably lower her chances quite a bit, but she's still alive at the moment and if she starts treatment, it might at least extend her life for quite a while, even if succumbs to the the cancer at some point in the future. Anyone can die suddenly, even a healthy person , but when it comes to people who are hundreds of pounds overweight, the chances of sudden death are so much higher, so Chantal might be fine today and wind up dead of a heart attack tomorrow or next week, while Amber could still be alive this time next year.

My money on which deathfat is going to go first has been on been on Amy Ramadan. She's 470, so not as heavy as Amberlynn, but she's a decade older. Half the time her face seems to be the color of a ripe tomato, plus she's got anger issues. She always seems to be one plate of biscuits away from her heart exploding in her chest.

I don't expect anything coherent or in the slightest degree reasoned from her for the next several days, perhaps longer. She's is woefully unprepared for any of life's really tough, adult level kicks to the gut & has surrounded herself with people who don't strike me as any better at coping with... anything. Maybe Ricky, I dunno.

Now she faces that horrible period where you know something is drastically wrong but not to what degree or what can be done about it... also known as: "Scare yourself to death reading awful stuff online" phase. She shouldn't bother right now; she won't be able to retain any useful information.

All this of course, assumes she does in fact have cancer & didn't misinterpret something - we shall see.

She's going to need to max out her YT earnings if I understand your system at all. I have one question - may have been answered but this thread blew up very quickly & my mind is a blur. Is it possible she'd be refused treatment or even some further testing because of her finances; if a doc or hospital deems she may not have enough? I'm thinking in light of the runaway costs a lot of hospitals have faced due to CoVD, they may not be inclined to take another fiscal risk. Thanks in advance for any answers. Back to earnings - it seems unless she experiences a miracle from someone who wants to advocate for her - she's going to have to count on her earnings to pay for this.

WHEN she has her staging information & has been presented with a treatment plan - THAT is when I'll be curious to see her attitude. She can't sweep this under Pillow Mountain. Regardless of her choosing to ignore it or not, it's not going away by itself & no doubt over time, she'd be hit with more & more related medical urgencies & emergencies.

Of course she'd be smart to take a responsible adult with her to appointments to write stuff down, ask questions & keep her grounded in reality but that has never been her forte. She'd be smart to start doing what her docs tell her to do, especially starting to eat sensibly & to cut out the junk which may only fuel the spread of her cancer.

But there's one thing she's shown us over & over again - she's very good at ignoring what she should be doing because she knows what's best for her.

Lord only knows what the coming weeks will bring from her.
