Reparative Justice is alive and (un)well in Los Angeles Unif School District. It's top down. Many teachers are fucked and why the rate of people going into teaching is declining.

Many people, who's businesses have been destroyed, claim that "people are more important than buildings" and shit like that. Anyone thinks this may be some sort of a insurance fraud? Even in case where you didn't plan to scam the insurance company, it might be better for your business to be destroyed, get some money and GTFO from the cities that allow this shit.
