In the original novel, Make Room! Make Room! by Harry Harrison, "Soylent Green" was just soy and lentils. The movie adaptation changed what Soylent Green was made out of to something a little less... boring.

I sort of wonder if she's preparing to start a new chapter in her life. Moving from game dev to pro victim who produces media related to being "pushed out of development because she's a woman"

By this point she must know she's failed at game dev. Maybe she had already accepted failure and then saw a way out with goobergate? Surely she must have known that she was not going to get franks money back well before gamergate started.
