A riot like this is absolutely going to destroy the city.
Businesses won't be coming back, people that can afford to move out will.
Same shit happened in Washington D.C. in the 60s, MLK Jr. got shot, people mass rioted, and the whites and rich and middle class blacks moved the fuck out. Took nearly half a century for large parts of the city to recover at all.
