No charges just fired at the moment, apparently prosecution just said no evidence for a charge.
But also muh black lives matter is the only reason needed to riot these days, no one bothers respecting the wishes of the dead. Attacking innocent officers and destroying/looting public property all in the middle of a pandemic is definitely what the dead guy would have wanted to have his death remembered for.
