Shit just keeps on getting more real with every page. I swear, Punchy's cheekbones are friggin' indestructible!
I wonder if Christine will take matters into her own hands, though...

God, poor Blake. He tries so hard, and it seems like everyone around him is out to sabotage him.
I wouldn't say so far that they're actively trying to sabotage his plans. Rather, he's like the one person on the freeway that is obeying the speed limit, while everyone else is passing him left and right. He's trying to do the "right" thing, but no one really seems to care.

Wait, in the comic where Punchy punched Wes, wouldn't he have gotten fist spikes impaling him?

I kinda miss super badass Wes from Asperchu. Wes here seems like a tool.
Honestly, I'm having a bad time figuring out Wes' character. I have some ideas, but unfortunately, but this point in the story I don't have space to embellish upon it. I mean, I could probably go on another 3 or 4 page tirade for him, but I'm trying to get better about doing that.

As for the fist spikes, you are absolutely correct. I just used a bit of artistic license with that mostly because it would be easier that way that explain why Wes is still alive after having two holes the size of waffle cones bored into the side of his skull.

Whelp, Punchy just went and well...punched...plan A.

I guess time for Plan B. then? Kicking the crap out of literally everyone? Because I am seriously down for Plan B.
Incorrect. Plan B is to Punch all the faces.

It's kind of neat. You have good guys and bad guys all around. Knowing the real-life CWC, you should sympathize with PVCC. But in CWCville, they technically are the bad guys. I think it's a good job being done in blurring the good and bad guys in each camp. I hope that sentiment is clear.

I think Bionic is fairly sane. The question is, is he full hedgehog, or is he the retroactive continuity sonichu in this comic? Is he still Sonichu's "older brother"?

Come to think of it, I can see Sonichu blaming either Bionic or Ha-Taque for corrupting his son. After all, they're of the Homo Agenda and of course must be after the little boys...
Yeah, I never really like the "all-good" or "all-bad" kind of character. Granted, that is in direct conflict with how Chris used to write, but I hope he'll forgive me. :p

And funny you should mention Bionic. I've been plotting ahead and Bionic should be making an appearance soon. Should be... interesting.

But for now, here's another page with the official introduction of a fan-favorite character.

Jesus, Cerah's eyes in panel one are making me crazy. I can almost hear them making squishing noises.

And looks like we finally get to meet Mr. Yawning Squirtle himself. Seems like a cool cat.

Yawning's been doing well for himself, it seems.

And look at Blake being a good father and all.

I didn't think Cerah was a fan favorite, but I suppose...

I think it's more Don Yawn.

I think it'd be hilarious if Christine inherited electric hedgehog pokemon powers. More spite to the Sonichu spawn. She certainly did not inherit a tail of any kind, to be sure! Really have fun with the parental ambiguity. I could guess Cerah didn't inherit electric powers, too, as there likely would be a string of "taser" incidents on retail store personnel.

Remember a few pages ago when some artist wanted to know if people still read and were enjoying the comic? I think they can put those fears to rest.

Sorry to be an ass, but is it "convversation"? I imagine the gold fronties might be an impediment, but my brain is too worn out.

Heh, I check in several times a day to see if @_blank_ has posted a new page. I'm enjoying the hell out of this comic. The story is actually interesting. I can't wait to find out what happens next!

Cearah's eyes just make it even more clear that Sonic style eyes are really weird. :(

Edit: I really like how Blake, who the "evil clone" of Sonichu, is truly Sonichu's opposite. He's a caring, sensible and seems like an alright guy.
Well, if you kind of think about it, Blake knows he is a clone. He's known it from his creation in a vat. He managed to keep his independence, despite the attempt at brainwashing, and presumed torture. They wanted him evil, he's fought against it and succeeded.

He fears his past.

He doesn't want to be the villain again, and he certainly doesn't want his adopted children to live the horrors that he did. Though yeah, they still turned out to be horrible. I mean, the assaulted Punchy when there was the threat that he could lose everything - the safe haven - he worked hard for. Is it an artificial comfort zone, or is Blake even smarter than just being awesome?

And so he arrives out of the smoke to deliver them all from evil. Or judging by his appearance to make a quick buck. Once again something unexpected has happened.
One of the things I try to do with each page (notwithstanding the long overdrawn flashbacks) is try to make each one have something that keeps turning the screws and make people want to come back. Glad it's working.

Typo on my part. My bad. And yeah, I think people seem to like it more when I just get on with the story instead of having Sonichu be an ass for 5 pages nonstop. Go figure.

That's deep... but pretty close to what I was aiming for. :)

Anyway, a bit late, but wanted to get this out on Tuesday... and only missed it by a few minutes (at least for my timezone).

Also, to get the full effect, I suggest playing this song in the background. Yes, Mister Yawn gets a theme song.
