regarding a psych drug to cure dysphoria- dysphoria just means having a negative feeling, and the gender part of gender dysphoria can refer to anything from being unhappy with gender roles to outright delusion about biological sex. Regular psychiatric drugs treat both the mood and delusion components of gender dysphoria. I really doubt new drugs need to be developed, though I hope someone will study how trans identified psych patients experience dysphoria when they start drugs.

DUDE there is this totally weird thing about tranny surgeons. One I read online (somewhere on reddit, I remember only faintly), the other I heard from an MTF IRL. Forgive the powerlevel.
