Seriously. Your entire story is that you worked a shitty job and were being employed by some giant assholes. It's not anywhere near as horrific or as devastating as he's describing it.
I really don't like Doug or Michaud, but the more these idiots continue to wine about their failed crusade makes me so furious because I now have to defend those two.

And this is the guy that claims to champion fans of stuff that you’d find on a “nerd culture” website and fanbases that hate The Big Bang Theory, seems like he thinks really highly of his opinions. Also, for all this talk of “Doug rejected the advice of those who went to film school”, the anniversary films seem (for the most part) made by someone who knows what they’re doing. And yet #ChangeTheChannel likes to paint Doug as Tommy Wiseau levels of incompetent.

Why do I have this weird suspicion that the whole "film student/teacher" is just a load of bullshit that he made up in hopes of pimping himself that he knows his shit and is better than Doug. I dunno, just for a guy who'd you think taught film class or studied it, he'd least have some basic knowledge of making good angles. But, you watch his videos and every angle is just bland as hell and almost amateur level.

Seriously, if I took a film class and learned it was being taught by a guy who was bottom tier at Channel Awesome, the guy even other CA autists made fun of and who couldn't pull in Matthew Buck numbers, and has a the rapid helium-fueled voice of a talking chihuahua on crack in some terrible CGI movie on top of that, I'd immediately demand my money back. If it was a junior high or high school class, I'd still demand my money back.
I know it's popular to say "Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach" but there should be a limit to how much someone can't do something before they don't get to teach it either. Learning how to make films from Eric Rodriguez is like learning how to cook from Bob Chipman.

Well there is his shitty reviews where he portrays bad movie directors as super villains (when he portrayed George Lucas as an evil mastermind set to destroy fandoms) and screams over the fact there are celebrity cameos (he literally sperged about it in his review of Robots when I used to watch his garbage).
I know he also got mad that he didn’t get some superpowers in the 10th anniversary special that would've came out if not for #CTC.

Yeah, it's called The Blockbuster Buster. A shittier, poor man's cross between Atop the Fourth Wall and the Nostalgia Critic. And when you're a poor man's version of those, you're so poor that homeless people are tossing money at you out of pity.
Anything that's not an internet review show ripoff of other internet review shows that weren't very good to begin with? Well the only clue that I know of is his IMDB filmography page. Most of it is Channel Awesome and CTC shit, and whoever keeps the page updated is clearly trying to pad it out as much as possible, including credits for archive footage in CTC documentaries. I suspect it might be E-Rod himself.
The non-CA related stuff:
- A 1999 film called "College Girls" that's apparently some kind of sex film and says it was made in the Philippines. It has no info, no images related to it, no nothing, but starred some actresses that were in other sleazy shit. E-Rod supposedly got 6th billing as "Eric" but considering the movie is in Tagalog, I'm pretty sure that this is actually someone with the same name, not him.
- The Venomonth of Horrors- This credit says it's a "TV series" but it's actually just a Youtube show by our old pal Cinematic Venom, who E-Rod stabbed in the back over CTC, so this isn't any more legitimate than the Channel Awesome shit.
- A 2019 film called "I Got the Hook Up 2" that has a 3.2 out of 10 and looks like a direct to streaming piece of shit. E-Rod apparently played "Goon/Pedestrian" assuming this isn't another case of an actor with the same name getting miscredited as him. Eric Rodriguez is a pretty common name, after all.
That's all the evidence we have of E-Rod's prolific film career. Truly the proud legacy of a master. He's probably counting every single credit he gives himself for every episode of Blockbuster Buster (writer, directer, producer, actor) as a separate "project" to get that 300 number.

When it comes to E-Rod's content, I will never forget that I was convinced it was shit when he stated at the beginning of a video that he thought How the Grinch Stole Christmas was a good movie. Well, that and his voice. God fuck that voice.
