I'd compare Onion's obsessive hygiene habits to that of Patrick Bateman but I won't because a.) I feel like he'd like that too much and b.) Bateman's grooming process was more than just standing under the water with a weird shaving fixation.
 
His body is so weirdly effeminate/childish. It could be the body of a post-menopausal woman, a man on HRT pills, or a 4-year-old child. He has such a weird combination of physical features- a Hank Hill ass; a round, child-like stomach and sunken chest (which still has managed to sustain strangely globular man tits); and skinny, doughy arms and legs. And yes, the pimples on his ass are ingrown hairs from shaving. Because it is usually wiry, pubic hair and the skin it grows out of is very sensitive and prone to ingrowns, so most people especially men are better off waxing or trimming it short with a shaver instead of using a regular razor because this blunts the end of the hair follicle and makes it more likely to grow back into the skin.
 
He seriously needs to exfoliate. Get some butt scrub. It really smooths the rough, dry skin and helps soothe the ingrowns. If you're going to shave it, do it right. You need a good cream, clean sharp razor, a good moisturizer/balm for postshave, and to exfoliate your dry ass regualrly for upkeep.

The bad lighting really makes it look even worse, so make a better effort to take more professional pictures, Greg. People pay for this trash.

Part of me thinks that Greg shaves his body hair & strives to have an almost pre-pubescent body because that's what he thinks his fans would like....because they're children. Adult women know men have body hair. Christ, he doesn't even have a happy trial. I know men can wax/shave, but most (I think) at least keep their pubic hair, even if they neaten it up a bit.
 
Old photo. Funny how there has been zero presence of Kai or the shallots since his meltdown. Either she got smart and took the kids to her parent's house, or Grease went into a narc rage and they're now part of the wetlands "restoration".

EDIT: speaking of wetlands restoration, wasn't Grime supposed to have a fed come by to check on his progress and/or fine him for continuing to make it worse?
