Late and gay to this, but the idea of both of them popping ADHD meds is well, interesting.
The absolutely most popular pill/drug/meds for it is Ritalin. Ritalin works for a few hours before you gotta pop some new ones to keep the effect going.
Some side-effects from it is : dry mouth, hypertension, stomach issues, high blood pressure, irregular heart beat, mood swings, lightheadedness/dizzyness, and many many more.
I know people without ADHD use it for heightened focus and some use it to diet. You can often find college kids abusing them to better their results.
It is a very bad idea to just indulge in such a drug since it is only a couple of molecules away from being meth.
If this is the road they are going down, it's gonna be an interesting ride. It is also not an over the counter medication, so maybe they got themselves a pill pushing doc.

As is her weight loss. Loss of appetite is a common side-effect as well. Doctors will on occasion prescribe certain types of ADHD drugs for obese patients to assist them in weightloss. Normally something more stable like Vyvanse.
So increased energy, focus, a drug that kills appetite, possibly raised blood-pressure, which all in all helps burning those calories?
Either way, if she is giving Ron her medication (or the other way around) they have technically become dealers.
In case you wonder about Ritalin, the medical term for it is: methylphenidate.

When employees at The Tuttle Group made a mistake, the owner would make a show of it by having them pull a card out of the consequence jar at random. These cards contained various methods of publicly humiliating that person, and one of the potential consequences for fucking up was to put a creepy picture of Ron on their cell phone.

After seeing the epic excuse of ADHD medications, Ron's still sure to have won the lawsuit on appeals, the creepy Tuttle Group antics was something I didn't expect to see.
