The restaurant tweet is from 2018. But that makes since since that's the year the FDA required all restaurants to include calories (as well as that little message) on their menus. She is blaming the restaurant for something they have no control over.
Also no one is forcing you to adhere to 2k calories. Eat as much as your fatass wants, the restaurant doesn't actually care.

That bratwurst (or whatever it is) might actually be reasonably appealing (though not exquisite).
It's as if the camera angle were deliberately chosen for maximum disgust factor.
At a time when the primary gripe is restrictions on shopping. Not a good strategy if the desired result is something other than social media pats.
