If he is then he'll be in Treliske hospital. Im assuming its related to his alleged suicide attempt, they often put people in hospital after suicide attempts so that they can be monitered. Given the current circumstances with the Corona virus he's quite a selfish twat becuase the Cornwall health service is pretty stretched as is without having to deal with Spastics that suicide bait on kiwi fucking farms of all places.

According to his brother, the fear of asians occurred at a very young age when Billy boy here was a small child in kindergarten. His teacher would talk down upon him, he also would get bullied on a regular basis by a asian student.
