The SU spergs can cry about being compared to bronies and how they're better and purer and righteous but there's a flaw in their argument.

I actually follow pony blogs. I have willingly opened my dash to them. And in my three-ish years on tumblr almost every single post I've seen was nothing but friendly and chill. (the molestia fiasco being the one big drama.)

I do not follow any SU blogs. I in no way ever invited it onto my dash. And in the course of 2 weeks I have become so fucking sick and tired of the screaming and drama and bitching that I've blocked every tag of it I can and am wondering if it's worth losing a friendship of several years over a cartoon.

I ain't gonna deny bronies have a bad name for a good reason, but if your game plan involves saying that your enemy/the people you definitely are nothing like are crazy sickos while your fandom cranks the annoying drama dial past anything someone who's been in pony fandom has seen, you might want to rethink it.

What's ironic is that tumblr complains about all the mlp porn yet there was a tumblrette trend thing with making a male character from SU (lars) into a female only for porn sake (I have ran into some of it on tumblr) and when I reacted like every normal human does when encountering porn of a kids show unintentually "WTF" and I got the response "Ya this is actually a trend" there is plenty of porn just by simply searching "steven universe".
fandoms are just cancerous, especially of kid shows

For Tumblr its totally justified to do R34 porn of a cartoon where most of the fandom and discussion over the show is centralized on Tumblr.

When anyone else on another site does it? "Wah, wah thats terrible. You are ruining the fandom you bunch of shitlords. Only TRUE fans of the show are allowed to make porn of that show because Tumblr is a perfect special snowflake that can do no wrong. Ever."

The overwhelming hypocrisy continuously manages to astound me.

And then they move the goalposts and talk about sheer volume of R34. Forgetting their viewpoint that any R34 at all is bad.

As someone who was actually harassed by the Total Drama fandom on tumblr, I can definitely say that they are INCREDIBLY fucking nuts, much like the Steven Universe fandom. There are actually a lot of people who act like fucking Vade of all people in the fandom, especially the more popular members of the fandom. There's also a troll that's known to be pretty awful and I was also harassed and gaslighted by the troll in that fandom too. They all literally bullied me out of the Total Drama fandom for fuck's sake on tumblr all because I did not agree with every single opinion that they had.

I can confirm that was definitely from an SJW. The Total Drama fandom was FILLED with SJWs with a cultist hivemind that harassed ANYONE who disagreed with them.

Honest question: Isn't that the point of flagging your blog "adult-oriented"? So people who are looking for general fandom stuff don't accidentally run into porn?

Children under the age of 13 cannot legally be on Tumblr. If they're American, it's actually against the law. They shouldn't be on Tumblr in any capacity.
