The staff here do not care about gay ops and doxxing. They encourage it heavily(example: see DSPs letter from doxxers to tard wrangle vidar in or they would mass.dox his forum fans) they just dont want it blatantly be out there because they have to deal with the backlash in reports or "Get it off the internet".

Personally, I think its fucking stupid to just pick & choose who gets the hammer for this type of stuff and who doesn't. Too much favoritism and faggotry when it comes to the Owner & Staff decisions here but sadly, there is no other place to talk about this stuff or get information on this kind of silly useless drama so everyone is forced to have to visit here or use this site to keep up with their favorite Jerry springer show.

Doxxing Phil's dumbfuck mods or biggest whales is one thing, doxxing and 'threatening' some dude who just happens to play the same gacha game as Phil is another.

I mean, its funny. Its absolutely funny. But it'd be like doxxing Phil's HOA and mailing them shit demanding they boot Phil 'or else'.

There's still a line. Sorta. I think if he hadn't said he'd keep doxxing randos just because Phil joined the guild is what got him the boot.

Edit: Yeah, if he did contact the guy and tell him he would remove the dox in exchange for something, it is extortion.

I wouldn't say the guy lost his shit unless I missed something. People have been fucking with that guild since we found Phil's name and now the guy's having people posting about his private life.

At a certain point its not worth it to keep Phil around.

Its only gay ops because the ONLY reason Phil got booted was because people were fucking with the guild until they kicked Phil out.

It'd be the same if people start calling up Mcdonalds when the 10 year plan kicks in and harassing Phil's burger flipper manager until they fire Phil. Its gay ops as fuck.

Phil would have burned this bridge or another 40k eventually (or both) but somehow had to pozload my negholep.

Even if its funny, its still stirring the shit. I guess my stance is I can laugh about it, but not condone it. Phil having a blowup with Stu over some dumb shit like 'not getting respect' would have been funnier if people had patience.

Note: it is legal to dox someone (with legally obtained publicly available information or at least information you had no involvement in illegally obtaining). It is legal to threaten to dox someone next Thursday. It is extremely problematic to condition that on demands of any kind to act or refrain from acting.

For some reason I really love the way you described it, you make Nigel sound like some kinda time traveler, like we knew the course of history or how the events would play out and Nigel was somehow able to interfere and alter the future lmao. I don’t know why but it’s making me laugh a lot
 
I was involved with that. The stipulation was I would go into the discord server, get info and then Nigel would delete the posts about this Stu guy once I was done gathering information. That's it. He never instructed anyone to fuck with DSP. If I broke rules too, then ban me as well.

It is already a dirty act to dox someone (and by dox I don't just mean linking to easily find-able social media accounts) (unless they are harming people or animals, or conducting criminal acts like putting their dirty feet on a crate of fast food lettuce, then I think most people would be fine with it in those instances) but to go a step further and threaten someone with that dox is going way to far.

If he really did do that then he is doing the same SJW tactic we have seen far to many times in the past decade, just without contacting employers because that guy was apparently a simp NEET with no job. The farms is one of the last places on the internet where the SJW disease hasn't spread and I think that is why it is generally pretty relaxed and people mostly get along.

If every other guild learns of this and denies DSP access then there is a good chance they don't want to have him as a whale because they think they might get threatened by the farms. This could cause a large ripple effect. I know his detractors touch everything he does anyway but it usually just causes annoyance in the person/people entering the tism vortex, not fear.

Weaponizing doxxing or making threats is, in my opinion, major faggotry. Involving a dude who has no major bearing in DSP's life is pretty exceptional too, I think. And besides, it's not as if Phil isn't a giant bitch or something...

It’s pretty well known that’s its verboten to use the farms as a staging point for gay ops. Don’t get me wrong- we’ll laugh when you post your results (bc wtf why not they’re usually as autistic as the people their fucking with) but the dsp mods doxing was arranged off the main boards and the results were posted, am I remembering that right? Like the letter wasn’t composed as a group effort and all that. Also there was some nasty shit flying around on both sides of that, the dox sluts didn’t just do it they did it with a purpose. There was some legitimate harassment coming from @BSV (it’s been a long time friend I don’t have all the lore stored properly, you may have to correct me).
Also, and I mean this in the kindest way, you’ve got a really complicated relationship with the farms. You didn’t ever seem to have a big problem with the “in groups/out groups”/“mods, staff/everyone else” dichotomy when you were trying to be in the “in group”. You were “The exceptional Detective” and on the up and up until it bit you in the ass. You know? So this isn’t the most.. unbiased.. review of their posting guidelines, no? I know you’re trying to redeem yourself and do right and all that but people are understandable wary of you my guy. You’re known for troll shielding and stirring shit up and it makes ppl nervous.

As for gay ops- whatever. But don’t harass and threaten people. Pointing and laughing is enough but if dude (who was always cool) really threatened that Gacha faggot then that’s wrong and I can see why Null stepped up to stop it. He’s pretty involved innit just the community but the atmosphere of the farms and that’s a nasty thing to get started.
