In terms of climate & resources - and utilitity of ports - Haiti has the better end of the island. But over the past 200 years, they have proceeded to shit it up & just disastrously mismanage everything for the dumbest of the short sighted gains, so now theres pretty much no infrastructure, which makes the DR side the better place to live.
But you see what happened in Haiti...and Zimbabwe...and the Congo...and Kenya...and South Africa... and Balitmore*.... and its almost like there's some sort of definite pattern about what happens when a place's leadership changes to African descent.

By definition, there is no "mild TDS". The key word is "derangement". Being rationally critical of Trump's policies and actions is not TDS.

I mean, if we're going by the people who usually use the term "TDS" unironically in the mainstream (people who it's physically impossible for them to be critical of Trump), mild TDS could be a thing since disliking a single thing is "Trump derangement" to them.

The best demonstration of this is trying to have conversations about legitimate mistakes Trump’s made. Example; the bump stock ban. I’ve been shooting guns since I was 15 with my dad and I never heard of the fucking thing. Worse, that’s all we got out of the deadliest shooting in America’s history. No one ever brings up the Vegas Shooting which as far as I saw was some gun runner losing a sale and venting his frustration on the nearest large crowd. Instead we got months of Boss Hogg over some pencilneck Florida man who should have been tossed out of school already. There was no justification for the ban and some of those Virginia fags have probably tried to use it and red flag laws to ban everything vaguely gun shaped in pieces. But you can’t have a conversation about that because you will get utterly lunatic lefties coming in and saying all guns should be banned and fuck drumpth etc etc. You could actually have a conversation about the president and talk about him with flaws n shit of you didn’t have that conversation shut down by people who are Just Mad at Orange Man.

TDS literally fuels Trump. Media criticism of Bush was highly focused on the issues and could convince people. Media criticism of Trump is hysterical and insane. It drives people away from trusting the media on legitimate criticism and the media shitting on Trump for his good policies that most Americans adore creates the idea that Trump is fighting the elites. Americans hate the elites usually.
