Entitlements and Socliasm =/= The government making somebody whole after they completely fucked their business in an emergency.
The Trumpbux is no different than the Government handing someone who was wrongfully imprisoned for a year a check for their yearly salary.

I'm going to end up using half to two thirds to pay my taxes this year. I'm not exactly happy about it because this just means in the future my taxes will end up going higher to pay for this. It's a lose-lose situation, but most can accept a single payment as an emergency measure. We know it will eventually fuck us later, but a one-time payment isn't as big of a dildo as a permanent UBI. It's the difference between a silicone XXL Bad Dragon dildo, and a razorwire wrapped, foot wide chunk of concrete being shoved up your asshole.

Conservatives do and have always supported safety nets, we are just extremely mindful to ensure they're not liable to be abused. If liberals had their way, there would be nothing left.
But I think all conservatives understand that the government forcibly shutting down commerce and preventing people from working qualifies as a situation where dipping into the public till is justified.
Hell, it's not even really a safety net. It's basically eminent domain on people's ability to earn wages.

I wonder if CNN even realize that their naked attempts to sabotage the President's reelection, if anything, will cause a small increase in votes for him by people ticked off at the naked partisanship of the media? And while not caring about the election, or even liking Trump, there are those who will do it just to make the likes of CNN squirm and deny them any satisfaction for 2020 because they're tired of the ceaseless bleating and crying on every bar/airport/gym TV all the time, every day, without end?
