She just put tape on them to bind them. FTMs who have flat chests/A-cups usually tape their tits (with K-tape most times) before going out. You lay down, wrap the tape around from chest to side (or back), then voila, no pesky boobs. Dorian Electra does it before filming a music video. I live in an area where I hardly ever see any troons (I've seen 2 in the past year I think, both were utter behemoths), so maybe its that but something about this guy's face is very clearly 'off' to me and clearly masculine despite how hard he's trying to look cute uwuMeh, it's dumb cosplay.
