Also YouTube is marking a lot of these Vic singing videos as for kids.

Think that's because of the numerous anime pictures put in those videos. The algorithm thinks everything that's remotely cartoony is for kids, so a lot of older videos are being flagged.

On a proper note, Lady Rackets has a fantastic pair of lungs! Hot damn, the folks were really enjoying her, and Vic.

She's a much better singer than MarzGurl (of which I have no idea what her range is even supposed to be), but maybe it's the crummy audio quality because I think "Beauty and the Beast" might've been outside of her vocal range a bit? She doesn't sound like a soprano that was meant for that version, maybe she's an alto. "Piano Man" was more in her range which is why I think that.

But either way I’ve seen this all over the place, law twitter, borisof007 amongst others. I can’t even tell if they know they’re lying anymore.

I keep seeing the wild KV logic leap from my statement of "we spoke to two different firms before hiring Ty" to "two different attorneys told Vic the case was shit."

Attorney #1 (consulted - never actually hired): "You've definitely got a strong case, but you can't afford it."

Attorney #2 (the one who sent a C&D to Saucedo): "I understand your world is burning at Twitter speed. I'll get that motion filed sometime in the next 2 months-ish."

Exactly zero lawyers told us that the case had no merit. Quite the opposite.
