Trump Derangement Syndrome - Orange man bad. Read the OP! (ᴛʜɪs ᴛʜʀᴇᴀᴅ ɪs ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴋɪᴡɪ ғᴀʀᴍs ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡs ɴᴏᴡ) 🗿🗿🗿🗿

Nevada is supposedly one of the more accurate representations in terms of the current makeup of the Democratic party, so Biden's win in Nevada could be interpreted as a pretty good sign for him going forward. On the flip side, this can mean Sanders portrayal of himself as the clear front runner so his supporters will have the belief reinforced that the election is being stolen from him.

Also some fun charts:

What I see in this chart is that when things narrow down to about 3, Sanders is going to leech votes from Warren, but Biden will get them from everyone else if he can keep momentum from his SC win through super tuesday.

So this happened lol

The conservative wing of the Lollipop Guild take no offense to this action.

So, Pete Buttigieg dropped out of the Democratic Presidential race. I don't know who the fuck this person is, so yea!

He was the gay one. I don't think there was anything else personality or policy wise that he had to go with that.

Bill Mahr must've wished for that Trump-defeating recession he wanted with a cursed monkey's paw, not only is he going to get it via a global pandemic, but Trump won't get the blame......

You'd think after 4 years they'd learn to stop wishing for things that way....

Spergs gotta sperg.

politics is going to be so much less entertaining when he's gone
Hopefully GOP politicians are taking notes. Ted Cruz has noteably changed his image considerably; not just the beard, but his whole demeanor was much less stuffy and formal when he spoke.

The ideal trend is not letting consultants kill everything interesting about you, using teleprompters as an outline while improvising the majority, and most of all just being yourself. Information travels so fast now we can see any crack in the facade ("please clap"), so it's better not to have one at all. Trump came across as a New York used car salesman, and for a good hour or so made it sound like everyone in attendance was walking off the lot with a good deal. If you want to a return to the stuffy "presidental" who will be "respected" by fellow stuffy world leaders, go for it. But I'll take the used car salesman and the good deal. Trump isn't even the first to do this. Teddy and FDR were the true pioneers of this sort of modern politician.

no he was just in a wheelchair, he wasn't mocking other people's height

but yeah, obviously :optimistic: but there does seem to be a bit of a change between seeing what actually winning feels like and exactly how bugfuck crazy the other team goes when they lose, but nobody can disappoint quite like the gop

I use FDR as an example because of his use of radio. That was the Twitter of the time, and he told the public his thoughts on a regular basis.

It seems kinda genuine with most of these guys - at least compared to Warren and Clinton suddenly being black and "with it".

He dropped out less than 48 hours before Super Tuesday. I knew he was gay, but I didn't know he was a faggot as well.

Start the betting pool on who bought him off, Biden or Bloomberg. (I can also give you decent odds on "Clinton's goons left him a message".)

I have this feeling it was more of a threat than a buying-off. Like maybe a "Drop out or we'll actually take a look into that whole 'Shadow' thing where you blatantly tried to steal one of the primaries." It's way too abrupt and he was actually doing too well in the numbers for this to be a bribe situation.

That doesn't make any sense though, because all three of them had a vested interest in somebody, anybody, knocking off Bernie in Iowa.

'Drop out or I'm gonna expose to the Bernie Bros how you screwed over their guy?' Nah. It's in the Dem establishment's interest that the details never come out. If not, there will be hell to pay. They would be first in the guillotines.

i don't understand why the dems just don't co-opt bernie like they do everyone else. they co-opted yang implicitly by CNN having him host a debate. just assume direct control of bernie, he doesn't mind being thrown under the bus at all. they have everything versus nothing to lose at this point; who's gunna be mad at them, the dying-off blue-dog boomers?

Because they think taking bernie off his path right now will result in the final nail in the DNC coffin and all the reddit using white college kids will be voting red in spite.

For some reason, they keep believing woke Twitter and /r/politics is the end all be all of voting blocks.

You have to stop looking for reason in the actions of the DNC. There isn't any there. Trust me, it's easier to just point and laugh rather than try to divine what the wandering hobo meant when he gibbered in your face and threw shit at the wall.
