I don't want this to sound like I'm defending Boogie, but I do want to point out something about TikTok that people here don't seem to know about.

TikTok isn't just the kid zoomer app these days. Its basically become the replacement for Vine, and because of that, it's now the #1 most used social media app worldwide. It's popular in the 12-25 crowd right now.

It actually severely undermines Boogie's attempts to bait his detractors into calling him a pedo, because it's too popular to be contained as the kid's site anymore.

I've heard that its content restrictions are pretty extreme to try to cater to the kid friendly atmosphere, though, such as not allowing smoking or vaping onscreen. I feel like this merits a test: if Onision did it, would we suspect nefarious motives? Boogie has shown himself over the years to be a pretty shady character and if opportunities he had cultivated accidentally on purpose came to fruition, I suspect would take them. He's still a middle aged man putting himself in the path of teens.

5 full minutes of boring premise introduction (boogie wants to start a smash room), followed by a full minute of Raid: Shadow Legends advertisement, leaving us with 10 minutes of actual "content". Boogie and his friends go to the same table top place he went to in one of his previous videos to "get a job" asking Glenn, the store owner, to help kickstart the business, but after he refuses to allow them to trash the place they tie him to a chair and force him watch them break a whole bunch of vases, plates and other smashable objects, with a followup slow mo footage of said objects.


That must've been a bitch to clean up afterwards.

At the end of the video boogie says he's trying to create some sort of story narrative with his videos "a la McJuggerNuggets, a la KidBehindACamera", which can be seen starting with his "quitting Youtube" one and now continuing to this one, and is trying to combine his boogie personality with his Francis's. He also said his desire to open a smash room isn't video only, he genuinely wants to have it up and running by this summer.

A smash room seems a novelty to me, something that would be cool to try once (I've never tried it and probably never will though, to be fair). Anything outside of that, you probably have some serious underlying anger issues or pent up frustration to be doing something that gay on multiple occasions.

Smash rooms are fads similar to the big escape room craze a few years ago, except they only have a fraction of the popularity. Whether that will rise and fall like escape rooms or just fall have yet to be seen.
