Edit: Okay, I failed at what I wanted to do. But it's a good demonstration of how even a femme little twink like Zack has more chin than women usually do. Just trimming a little bit off greatly feminizes his face.

He's for sure crazy but probably not in a diagnosable way. None of his mood symptoms could be ruled out as situational depression based on his Tweets- he's an unemployed male living in Florida. You can be a big stupid asshole without it being a medical problem, and talking every shit personality up as a medical diagnosis implies medicine can fix it, which it can't. Being Zach is permanent.

NPD I would believe. He has the mood swings of grandiosity/pity party down. There's probably a case for sociopathic traits in the way he treats other people, especially Heather. I don't think bipolar, because I've never seen him manic.
