Vic’s got another one of those small one day appearances coming up soon. Now I’ve seen some of the prominent KV’ers refer to these as “garage appearances”. It really must be frustrating and humiliating that Vic gets as much engagement at these things as some not to named people get at autograph lines at conventions.

They can mock all they want but Vic is drastically helping these small cons. Getting someone like Vic helps bring in that cash flow. Their profits probably increase a ton compared to when they didn’t have him. And Vic is also able to interact a bit more with each fan since the cons are much smaller. There was quite the modest crowd at the small con I went to after Thanksgiving, the one in that Music City Mall in Texas.
Hell even some of the football players near Vic and the other VAs’ table who were there were really confused why this Thic Lasagna had a line and they had like maybe two people. And that was even before Emmett Smith of the Cowboys showed up and Vic was drawing in more than football players.

Also these "Garbage cons" as these morons call them are just small cons. The main ones have gotten fat over time and too lazy. Vic attracts people to these smaller cons and has began getting them business, and thus sponsors will begin coming in too. 2019 showed the start of the shift in the con names and I am hoping 2020 makes it even greater.

Found two old Anti - Vic groups on FB.
One is from '08 and seems to be anti Vic in general. It's private, so I can't see the posts. I sent a request to join, but I hghly doubt that the group is still active.
The description mentions Vic being overrated and his "con weirdness". That could mean anything, including his sunday panels.
The other one seems to be from '10. It's purpose was apparently to keep Vic from getting a role in a certain show.
The description states this group is not straight up anti Vic, only against him voicing a role in the show.
The posts are public and I thought they were a little interesting for the reason that the members said why they didn't like Vic.
The members simply dislike Vic for, in their opinion, being a bad voice actor. They also dislike him because he got a lot of roles back then. They claim Vic gets so many roles because Funimation knows hiring him to voice a character will pull in fans.
No comments about him being a serial hugger, being creepy, or being rude to con staff. Yet I thought people have been talking about this stuff for ages. Still, this group that's specifically against Vic with people as members that dislike Vic has nothing to say about Vic's supposed creepy behavior. Only that he gets a lot of roles and is more popular with fans than other voice actors. Hmmmm.

As someone who is a bit of a fan of the anime & movie (except the 2nd half of 1st season & the whole 2nd Season), that is definitely true when it comes to the hardcore ones. TBS, Black Butler dub is pretty good (even for Funi standards). Just remember to separate art from artist.

Keep in mind the entire point of this exercise was
1. Destroy a competitor
2. Take his market share.
Now that competitor has more conventions than them. And his market share is still growing. They may have done him a favor because Funimation and Rooster Teeth might be absorbed into other entities this year, so they will all be looking for work. And Monica had to pay 160k for the privilege of doing these things as well as the stress from Twitter.
This is a pyhrric victory at best. One that Monica and Jamie may never recover from.
I think Vic's signature was fine. Slatosch and Chuck Huber's weren't.

Anthony drew our attention when he made claims of Vic making him feel uncomfortable by putting an arm around him. The short Vic, being so much stronger than this tall chunky autistic humanoid, that Vic squeezed his arm into his shoulder-socket. So much that it hurt. Same story, 3 different versions, in who witnessed it, but basic happenings are the same. Changing over time.
That's really the problem with lying, you can't really remember what you said so it becomes something else.
The only con he appear to attended the year before was ColassalCon 2018, where he met a voice actress, and well, you can see his face. Thomas appears to go to this event yearly. And has been attending it for 4 years.

This guy here is however, autistic, he admits it himself, it is evident from the photos of him, and the fact that he has attended a school for learning disabilities. In a youtube video we found, because, he did have a youtube channel until COPPA came along, he does give an impression of suffering from some form of problems, thought it is unknown to us what it could be.

Oh dear Lord. Seems to be the same ol' song and dance. Former fan of Vic shows photo of themselves from a time they were happy to see him, only to claim they were uncomfortable at the time because it's the cool new thing to do now. Even if he wasn't lying about his comfort, a look at him tells you his type is uncomfortable with any type of human contact. He's exceptional and I am willing to bet his parents never willingly made contact with him as a child. So it would be no wonder human interactions are awkward. Look at that other photo with him and that woman. She's clearly crushing his arm. The look of discomfort says it all. Oh... that's his typical expression? You don't say.
Also great to see the transcript out there. Lemonhead truly shines in this document as he fumbles and bumbles about. He still wants to bring the GFM into it like he has from the beginning and Chupp isn't taking his shit. I honestly can't believe he took Low T Greg's word about forgery and is trying to bring that up in a hearing about fees and sanctions. Also it is hilarious that Chupp wanted to hear MoRon talk about the fairness of their bill. They either would support the fact that the bill was being racked up to punish Vic if they claim this was what they'd expect to pay for only 6 months of a law suit.... or that Lemonhead shouldn't be charging such an insane amount, only solidifying the fact the fees awarded shouldn't be that high. It'd be great to see his clients being used against him.
And of course every hate group against Vic prior to this debacle would be a bunch of fujos. That's all the groups have ever been until last year. Funny that. They just don't want Vic to voice their gay boiz. I honestly don't know if Vic voiced anyone in that show. I only heard some snippets of the dub and the voices sounded dreadful. So I do hope the fujos are happy their wish came true.
